On July 13, 2024, Bishop Christopher Kakooza officiated the school’s Founders’ Day celebrations, which brought together students, parents, teachers, and alumni. The Bishop’s address celebrated excellence across both O-Level and A-Level results, praising the school’s leadership for nurturing a disciplined and morally grounded student body. He officially dedicated the new school grotto and blessed more than thirty students, urging them to live with purpose and faith .
The ceremony featured generous awards: Joel Mpinda and UCE topper Phionah Nandawula each received a cash prize of UGX 2 million, recognizing their remarkable achievements. Bishop Kakooza remarked, “With God’s grace and our collective efforts, St. Balikuddembe Senior School Kisoga has become a beacon of hope and excellence”.
Headteacher Mrs. Lydia Lukwago Kagoya also committed to rewarding future top performers, further strengthening the culture of excellence underpinned by spiritual values and community support.
